RJ and Mom took the bus to NYC. It was very exciting!
We saw a blimp (at least that is what the guy in front of us told us it was). A few days before this, RJ found the blimp we use for the train set in the attic and asked what it was, so it was pretty cool to see a real one. RJ was very curious about it, asking all kinds of questions about how it works, and then said, "Mommy, is there a train set over there?"
A delay due to a flat/shredded tire provided even more entertainment for RJ.

Doug and Julia drove the next morning and arrived bright and early due to a very early DC departure.
